What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end ai agent platform service, including backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components
• Develop core modules of the Trickle Coding Agent，Optimize Agent performance through prompt/context engineering, tool design, RAG, and Agent system architecture optimization
• Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance
• Collaborate with frontend, and product teams to translate ideas into robust, scalable features, and validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping
• Take ownership of your code by ensuring the quality, correctness, and thorough testing of features you deliver

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of programming experience; Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards
• Fluency in Python, or similar backend languages (Experience with Go is preferred)
• Proficiency in the front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices
• Strong ownership mindset for your areas of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver end-to-end AI Agent applications, including frontend, backend, and all supporting infrastructure such as databases and caching services
• Demonstrated interest in AI products and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity and workflow efficiency
