Progressive Capital Partners is an authorised asset manager of collective investment schemes and representative of foreign collective investment schemes, supervised by FINMA. Our team is focused on managing investments across diversifying hedge funds (incl. global macro, CTAs, long volatility / convexity, commodities) as well as niche alternative strategies. We are specialised in de-correlated strategies, offering diversification benefits to clients’ more traditional portfolios.

To complement our growing team, we are looking for a

Junior Investment / Data Analyst (60-100%)

We offer a dynamic and diverse work environment within an experienced and entrepreneurial team with high personal responsibility. From the very beginning, you will gain broad exposure across different areas of our business and support the team with a wide range of tasks:

• Assisting with the analysis and preparation of reporting and market data,
• supporting the selection (incl. due diligence) and ongoing monitoring of invested funds and mandates,
• contributing to presentations, reports, and research documents for clients and internal use,
• maintaining and further developing tools and databases (Excel; programming skills are a clear plus),
• collaborating with the portfolio management and operations teams on various administrative, reporting and organizational tasks, incl. shadow accounting, reconciliations, client reportings, etc.,
• contributing to market and strategy research (global focus, across different asset classes).

For these demanding tasks, we are looking for a passionate Junior Investment / Data Analyst who is interested in a broad and truly alternative investment universe with the following background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, economics, finance, mathematics, data science, natural sciences, or related studies),
• initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions is a plus,
• strong interest in financial markets and willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities,
• analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented way of working is required,
• solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic programming skills in VBA, SQL, Python, or similar are an advantage, but not required),
• team-oriented with a service-minded attitude,
• rigorous, detail oriented, organised, and analytical,
• fluent in English, at least conversation level in German,
• residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
