About the Role

We’re looking for a senior Visual Solution Designer to co-design digital and AI solutions live with clients. You’ll capture complex business challenges on whiteboards in real time, then translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

This is a hands-on, on-site workshop role where you’ll work directly with executives, frontline staff, and our consulting team to bring clarity and impact to every engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead co-design workshops and capture solution ideas visually
• Create wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes in Figma
• Structure designs so they can be built into Microsoft PoCs
• Collaborate with facilitators, consultants, and developers
• Contribute to templates and visual toolkits for reuse

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years in UX/UI or service design
• Confident running live whiteboarding/co-design sessions
• Strong Figma skills (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI
• Excellent visual storytelling + communication skills
