We’re looking for a Full Stack AI/ML Engineer ready to step into a high-impact role where you’ll help shape intelligent products that touch millions of Australians.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI models that power smarter decisions using structured and unstructured data (text, speech, video).
• Design scalable pipelines and automation frameworks to turn ideas into production-ready tools.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into customer-facing and internal applications.
• Work with product, engineering, and data stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
• Drive innovation, this team is hungry for new ideas and first-in-market features.

What we’re looking for

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and full stack development (React, Typescript).
• Solid experience working with large datasets and building ML models for real-world applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and DevOps pipelines.
• A builder’s mindset: you take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with LLMs, Copilots, or generative AI in production environments.
