You’ll work end-to-end across the SDLC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype, deploy, and scale real-world AI solutions.

- Drive innovation, this team is hungry for new ideas and first-in-market features.
What we’re looking for
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and full stack development (React, Typescript).
- Solid experience working with large datasets and building ML models for real-world applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and DevOps pipelines.
- A builder’s mindset: you take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with LLMs, Copilots, or generative AI in production environments.
Why this role?
- Work for a company using AI not just for the sake of it, but to solve complex problems with genuine social impact.
- Be part of a cross-disciplinary team where engineering, data, and product are all equal voices at the table.
- Direct access to senior stakeholders and the ability to influence technical direction from day one.
- This team is backed by serious investment and a forward-thinking executive leadership group.
