What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to power our intelligent software offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI and machine learning
- Optimise and fine-tune AI models to achieve superior performance and reliability
- Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure the quality and robustness of AI-powered solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and contribute to the company's technical vision and roadmap
- Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, sharing your expertise and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and data preprocessing techniques
- Experience in deploying AI models in cloud-based and/or edge computing environments
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
