Why This Role Matters

We’re searching for a Senior Project Manager with team leadership capability to join our Sydney team. This isn’t just about keeping projects on track—it’s about shaping the future of our Professional Services function in Australia. You’ll take ownership of high-impact software delivery projects, work closely with customers, partners, and colleagues, and play a key role in building the foundation of our success in this new region.


Lead, Inspire, Deliver

In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end—ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll motivate cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level. Whether it’s driving collaboration across internal teams, liaising with third-party suppliers, or managing project commercials, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.


What We’re Looking For

You’re a seasoned project manager who thrives in external customer-facing environments and knows what it takes to deliver software implementation projects successfully. With at least five years’ experience, you bring certifications such as PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMP, and have a proven track record of leading teams to success. More than that, you’re a natural communicator, able to influence, negotiate, and inspire confidence in both colleagues and customers alike.
