UX Product Designer

Hey! We are looking for a UX Product Designer detail oriented

La jornada laboral es de Lunes a Viernes de 10am a 6pm ARG.

Es una posicion remota y la modalidad de contratacion es contractor y el pago es en USD.

Key Responsibilities

●Develop and design digital experiences for our diverse set of clients, every client has a custom-made process.

● Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create solutions for our clients and their audiences.

● Participate in design reviews.

● Validate solutions through prototyping and other research.

● Balance design with client goals, expectations and needs.

● Support developers and address challenges during implementation.

● Develop and maintain consistent branding through design systems.

Qualifications

● At least 3-5 years' experience working as a product designer, UX designer, digital designer or similar

● Experience working in Figma, must have good experience with this platform.

● Practical design skills and the ability to execute the product design process from end to end: research, ideation, design, prototyping, user testing

● The drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

● A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices ● The ability to multitask and handle a few projects simultaneously

● A keen eye for detail and aesthetics with excellent visual design skills

● Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
