For one of our partners, we are seeking a Scrum Master who will be responsible for BI, data warehousing, or analytics teams. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Overview:

We’re looking for a Scrum Master with agile coaching experience with a passion for Self-Service BI and Data Warehousing to be a part of one of our Agile teams

You’ll be the driving force behind efficient, data-driven solutions, empowering business users with cutting-edge, self-service analytics

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and Agile leadership to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality data solutions

The role:

- Coach Agile Teams: Facilitate and coach teams in their ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, refinement sessions to ensure smooth delivery of BI & DWH projects and prepare for participation in Quarterly Planning. Coaching the scrum teams on their journey of agile maturity. Actively participate in scrum master communities by sharing good practices and knowledge. Actively work on creating a psychologically safe environment and contributing to a feedback culture.

- Remove Roadblocks: Identify and resolve blockers that slow down progress, keeping teams on track

- Drive Self-Service BI: Help build BI solutions that empower users to access and analyze data independently

- Collaborate: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and business teams to align on goals and priorities

- Optimize Processes: Continuously improve Agile practices tailored to BI and data warehousing environments in alignment with other teams when relevant

- Track & Report: Monitor project progress and share key metrics to keep stakeholders informed

- Continuous improvements: coach the team in identifying areas to improve, both with regards to the collaboration and with delivery. Assessing the team according to our agile maturity assessment and identify follow up actions.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master, ideally within BI, data warehousing, or analytics teams

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of data warehousing, DAX, ETL processes, and self-service BI tools like Power BI

- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, deep understanding of the principles and values of the agile frameworks, ability to coach teams and peers, - Experience with coaching teams through transformations and changes

- Strong Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences

- Problem-Solver: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions

Nice to have:

- Experience with cloud-based BI/DWH platforms (e.g. Azure)

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps

- Certifications: CSM, PSM and ICP-ACC or similar
