As a React Native developer, you’ll be a vital part of our team, working together to build Donna, our perfect AI-sales assistant for field sales reps. Donna empowers them to focus on what they do best – selling.
Your main focus will be our React Native mobile app, the central interaction point between users and Donna. While most of your time will be dedicated to mobile, our entire stack is in TypeScript, so if you’re curious to occasionally dive into the frontend, backend, or even AI, you’ll have the opportunity to do so.
You’ll join our ambitious Donna team as one of the first hires. This means you’ll have the opportunity to be part of an early-stage start-up and to learn from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

We like to keep things simple, so we leverage as much as possible the services offered by key vendors.
You’ll work together with other departments (and customers) in detailing the requirements of features and make trade-offs together in order to maximise value while minimising complexity.

What you’ll be doing
A non-exhaustive list of features we could use your help with:
- Help build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs in React Native across both iOS and Android.
- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for a truly native feel.
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

You’ll work together with other departments (and customers) in detailing the requirements of features and make trade-offs together in order to maximise value while minimising complexity.
- We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience building mobile applications
- Solid knowledge of React Native and confidence working across both platforms.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus. It is important you can embrace the start-up culture. While we try to keep technical debt in check, there are times when we need to ship quickly and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- You are output-driven and you are not afraid to critically evaluate data and results.
- You’re able to break down big initiatives into small tasks, allowing for re-prioritization as important opportunities arise.
- Personal growth is important to you, and you have the ambition to thrive in a start-up culture.
- We have global ambitions, so fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to work with us in the Ghent office; this is not a remote position.
