The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master who will:

• Work horizontally across Pointr’s internal teams as a part of the Delivery Team.
• Support the Delivery Manager and act as a bridge between the Delivery Manager, team and the organization.
• Ensure that the Delivery Manager has clarity on arranging the product backlog to yield maximized value.
• Document requirements with detailed description.
• Drive and contribute to product backlogs and maintain an overall roadmap.
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or neededHelp and teach employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum practices.
• Create reports that show the workload of each team member, and tasks assigned to other teams across the organization.
• Removes obstacles for the deployment process.
• Report to the Technical Project Managers when needed,

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Valid Scrum Master certification
• Startup experience or should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high agility (we move quickly and expect you to adapt).
• Deep technology experience and interest (Engineering or Science or Product Design background is a huge plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, expected to build strong and trusting relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Hard-working, self-starter discipline (run at your pace without being told each day).
• Data Analytics experience is a plus.
• Jira Cloud knowledge is a plus. ( to be able to teach others)
• Exceptional English language skills in both speaking and writing.
• Exceptional planning and communication skills.
