Business Intelligence Analyst

As a BI Analyst & Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing our data and analytics ecosystem. Your work will directly empower stakeholders across the company with actionable intelligence.


Specifically, you will:

  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • Explore, clean, and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple cloud-based and on-premise sources.
  • Identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced statistical and analytical methods.


  • BI Development & Reporting
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports tailored to business needs.
  • Automate reporting pipelines to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency.


  • Data Governance & Quality
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the full analytics lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the definition of data standards, documentation, and best practices.


  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical complexity and business clarity by simplifying insights into actionable recommendations.


  • Innovation & Continuous Learning
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging BI tools, data technologies, and analytics methodologies.
  • Experiment with new techniques (e.g., predictive modelling, advanced visualisation, or self-service analytics).



Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with leading BI and data visualization tools Tableau & Power BI,. Experience developing custom dashboards or embedded analytics is a strong plus.
  • Solid expertise in SQL (queries, optimization, stored procedures) and strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hive, streaming frameworks, or similar).
  • Programming skills in Python or JavaScript (for advanced visualizations)
