Your role in the team
As a Crew Wages & Administration Assistant, you will implement and monitor the execution of training programs in line with the company’s document & training matrices to ensure all required competencies are fulfilled and to assist in the development, improvement maintenance of efficient training processes and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in identification of training needs, coordinate with approved training providers; schedule training courses & maintain training records;
- Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to development and improvement projects;
- Manage training-related invoicing, budget tracking and gather data for training KPI’s and reporting;
- Support in internal & external audits related to trainings;
- Conduct onboarding sessions related to training for new crew members, office personnel & manning agents;
- Organize practical arrangements for company trainings & conferences.
- You are familiar with the shipping industry and common industry practices;
- You understand the minimum legal requirements related to maritime and offshore trainings;
- You are able to perform the listed tasks independently;
- You are able to keep an overview and look for the best solution in a very dynamic environment;
- You are able to cooperate with the crew on board and shore-based personnel to solve training related issues;
- Good software and technical skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
