✅ Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical project management and/or cybersecurity.
- Solid understanding of operational IT environments:
- Systems, Networks, Identities ,Endpoints ,Cloud ,Monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts:
- Protective measure ,Risk management, Best practices, NIS2 framework
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional security actions.
- Analytical and structured mindset with strong results focus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders).
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience preparing for NIS2 certification.
- Experience producing security operational dashboards, execution schedules, and progress reports.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Knowledge of security monitoring and vulnerability management tools.
