Cybersecurity Operations Manager

✅ Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical project management and/or cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of operational IT environments:
• Systems, Networks, Identities ,Endpoints ,Cloud ,Monitoring tools
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts:
• Protective measure ,Risk management, Best practices, NIS2 framework
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional security actions.
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong results focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders).

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience preparing for NIS2 certification.
• Experience producing security operational dashboards, execution schedules, and progress reports.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of security monitoring and vulnerability management tools.
