Team
The person will join the team of Coaches within the Products & Capabilities Model Initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product teams in adopting Agile ways of working, including roles, rituals, and mindset shifts aligned with a product-led organization.
- Act as a sparring partner to challenge and coach teams on product strategy, outcome-driven prioritization, experimentation, and go-to-market readiness.
- Support teams to define compelling product visions and customer-centric roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Foster a pragmatic, iterative approach to product development, encouraging learning through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide hands-on support to fill gaps in product ownership or delivery execution when needed, without taking over ownership.
- Support delivery execution in the engineering teams, ensuring alignment between product goals and technical implementation.
- Encourage best practices in software development, including continuous integration, testing, and release management, in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Proven experience implementing Agile methodologies in product development environments, ideally within commercial or customer-facing domains.
- Strong understanding of product management practices, including discovery, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with software engineering and SDLC, with experience collaborating with development and IT teams on quality assurance, testing, and release planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to coach, challenge, and align cross-functional teams.
- Pragmatic mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strong bias for action.
- Experience in domains with strong operational components (e.g., logistics, field services, customer operations) is a plus.
Brussels centre, at least 3 days a week on-site, with flexibility based on the needs of the Tribes the person works with
