Join our team as a Senior UI/UX Designer
This is a unique opportunity to shape the design of a product from the ground up. You’ll be working with a team that highly values your input and gives you space to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be the first in-house design expert dedicated to shaping the user experience and interface of our product, DPM Manager. You’ll work closely with our development teams to bring clarity, usability, and visual consistency to a complex financial solution used by banks and financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and own the UI/UX design for our DPM Manager product
- Collaborate to further improve usability and clarity
- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility
- Bring visual polish and consistency to our product
- Build and define our design practices and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in UX design and UI design for complex systems
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive work forward
- Experience in creating intuitive user flows and layouts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in graphic design (icons, visual elements, branding)
- Experience from the finance and/or enterprise industry
- Experience with modern project design and management tools
- Fluency in Finnish

Start date is flexible. Please note that we can only consider applicants currently residing in Finland and who are eligible to work in the location. Compensation will be based on your seniority.
