What’s the HR team at Arthur D. Little all about?


As a key member of the HR France team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of HR topics before specializing.

You will learn how to work in alignment with business objectives and collaborate with our France Business Services teams (Finance, Marketing, Office), while supporting our consultants throughout their journey.


As an HR Generalist Associate, you will:


• Support the recruitment process to help meet our yearly hiring plan

• Be introduced to project planning (staffing) based on consultants’ profiles and competencies

• Contribute to onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new joiners

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with the HRBP team and support transversal initiatives with Talent Acquisition and People Operations

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, particularly around soft skills, in line with team needs

• Ensure compliance with administrative HR processes (contracts, SIRH tracking, reporting)

• Contribute to effective internal HR communication (e.g. intranet content, HR newsletters, internal campaigns)

Qualifications :


• Education: Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Human Resources

• Experience: Previous experience in HR (generalist or talent acquisition) is a plus, but not required

• Skills: Proactive, autonomous, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
