Remote-first | Build VR for Pro Rugby Athletes

At Élite Virtuel Entraînement (EVE) we’re on a mission to transform how athletes train.

Imagine pro rugby players stepping into VR to repeat real game situations, training their decision-making under pressure without the injury risks. Add in bio-markers, AI, and science-backed methods, and you get the world’s most innovative training platform for elite sports.

The Role

We need a Unity Developer who’s also comfortable in 3D graphics (modelling, rigging, animation).

You don’t need VR experience—but you should be curious, adaptable, and ready to use AI tools smartly while still coding like a pro!

You’ll be the one building our MVP from scratch, bringing together:

• ✅ VR training environments
• ✅ Data management & visualisation
• ✅ UI/UX for athletes & coaches
• ✅ Communication features

We’re remote, spread across the globe, and we don’t micromanage. You’ll need to be autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in sprint planning. English is our main team language.

Who You Are

• You’re strong in Unity development
• You can handle 3D assets (rigging, animation, modelling)
• You know how to use AI-assisted workflows, but you can code properly without them
• You can work independently in a remote team

Even better if you have… :

• Interest in sports performance or cognitive science
• VR dev experience (Quest, Vive, Pico…)
• Android development skills
