As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our actively growing EVA team, responsible for developing and optimizing self-evaluation flows for car sellers across our web and mobile applications. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive product strategy and execution for flows that enable thousands of merchants to sell their vehicles through our platform.

You’ll take full ownership of new features and as well as supporting existing functionality, and deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with our agile development teams and stakeholders across Europe to deploy state-of-the-art technology and elevate the user experience to new industry standards.

Job Description

  • Own long-term strategy and execution of EVA self-evaluation flows across web and mobile
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Translate customer/business needs into clear specs and lead end-to-end product development from ideation through post-launch optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams and align technical groups with business stakeholders across markets; partner with senior leadership to tie initiatives to company strategy
  • Use analytics (user behavior, conversion, performance) to drive decisions and continuous improvement
  • Engage customers and internal users to validate concepts and identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, computer vision, and other emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment and strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to understand technical challenges, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-offs
  • You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
  • You are an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Background in automotive industry, vehicle evaluation, or marketplaces, and an understanding of computer vision, machine learning, or AI applications in automotive is a plus
