Job Purpose/Role

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
The Audi Global Graduate Program targets recent graduates entering into the workforce. Within the first 18 months as a program participant, you will build an interdisciplinary network, take advantage of a wide range of opportunities for skills development and benefit from comprehensive mentoring. University degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines), Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or similar with an above-average academic performance International experience through internships and / or studies abroad Initial work experience of a maximum of two years in the target area Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the Group company A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A desire to learn and develop, with and willingness to change perspectives, adapt to new environments, dare to changes Fluent in English and at least B2 German More information about the program can be found on our webpage.
