Client

Our client is a global music and entertainment industry conglomerate headquartered in the US, with offices in over 60 countries. The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing financial systems, integrating data across platforms, and optimizing internal business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) and Java (Spring Boot)
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to define and implement technical solutions
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems following industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to architectural standards
• Contribute to technical design discussions and system architecture decisions
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, or GitHub Actions
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with .NET
• 2+ years of experience with Java (preferably Spring Boot)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, clean architecture, and design patterns
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS and services like S3, EC2, and Lambda
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, with excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience working in the music, media, or entertainment industries
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React
• Familiarity with microservices, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture
• Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
