We’re looking for a Workplace Virtualization Engineer to join our team to help shape the future of virtual desktop infrastructure.

What you will do:
Design, implement, and maintain virtualization solutions using Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Manage and optimize Virtual Machines (VMs) and Remote Apps
Administer RDS Remote Desktop Services
Oversee network and storage infrastructure
Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting tools
Configure failover clustering for high availability
Remediate vulnerabilities and manage development/code workflows
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Bash/YAML scripting, and cloud provisioning tools
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, applying secure secrets management and access controls
Monitor, debug, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable infrastructure, version control with Git, and continuous improvement in DevOps practices
What we are looking for:
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware, RemoteApps, AVD)
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management
PowerShell scripting skills
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
ITIL experience is a plus
Fluency in English & EU citizenship (due to project requirements)
