Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and other digital channels;
  • Conduct in-depth research and apply insights across targeting, creatives, keywords and overall campaign optimization;
  • Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals;
  • Effectively manage budgets, allocate spend, and optimize performance to maximize ROI;
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights;
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement;
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid advertising efforts.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and at least one major social media advertising platform (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Fluent English and Russian language skills (both spoken and written) are required because the company operates exclusively on international B2B markets and company's clients are foreign enterprises;
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, including experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of PPC.
  • Demonstrated budget management experience.
  • Experience working with landing pages and implementing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns and understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Python scripts, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms is a plus.
