Shared Capabilities cluster at Danica IT. This newly established team plays a vital role in our IT transformation, driving innovation by building and managing modern, enterprise-wide print and communication solutions, with a focus on output management.
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to designing and integrating a platform-independent CCM system to support our cloud-first strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions to enhance communication across Danica. You will also support best-in-class self-service capabilities for content owners and business units, enabling them to efficiently create and manage their communications.

You will:
- Contribute to the modernization of communication systems to enhance customer and partner engagement
- Develop Danica’s future print platform in line with architectural guidelines and IT strategy
- Tackle technical challenges and contribute to both immediate solutions and long-term strategic goals
- Monitor and improve system performance, focusing on scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with system teams to enhance API exposure for CCM and integrate solutions
- Engage with architects, developers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
- Analyse requirements, document solutions, and conduct testing while maintaining technical records
- Expertise in .NET and C# development
- Over 2 years of experience in software engineering
- Skilled in API development
- Hands-on experience with microservice architecture
- Proficient in creating new solutions and integrations, focusing on transitioning to future platforms using AWS or other cloud providers
- Knowledge of domain-driven design, object-oriented development, and distributed system architecture
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong drive to contribute to transformation efforts
- Comfortable in agile environments; excels in cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at performance tuning and debugging
- Effective communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and results-focused; committed to delivering high-quality solutions
- Professional(Upper-Intermediate)English proficiency required
- Experience with CCM platforms and databases on Amazon RDS
- Familiarity with integration frameworks such as Camunda Workflow Engine and Apache Camel
- Knowledge in front-end development
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
