Project Manager - Communications

In this role, you will

• Implement communication strategies according to organizational purpose and values.
• Communicate effectively across various platforms (e.g. newsletters, MS Teams) and technologies.
• Create original written and video content.
• Organize internal events.
• Enhance organizational reputation in social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Vilnius or Kaunas. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in internal and/or social media communication field.
• Experience in IT organization would be considered as an advantage.
• A focus on high standards and quality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding planning, organizational, time, and project management skills, along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital technologies and communication trends.
• Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Lithuanian.

• Salary of 2100- 2800 EUR gross before taxes, which is based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate
