We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a critical digital transformation initiative within the financial sector.

The successful candidate will drive key digitalization efforts for our Group Client Portal, working across our Financial Intermediation and Capital Markets departments.

Role Details:

Start Date: 23 September 2025

End Date: 31 December 2025

Location: Luxembourg Onsite

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

You will be instrumental in the digitalization of critical business processes, leveraging your expertise to support the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to handover.

Your key tasks will include:

• Facilitating Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
• Business & Systems Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine and validate proposed designs. You will define new functional flows and procedures for upcoming use cases.
• Specification Development: Prepare detailed functional specifications for new features and processes, including those impacting satellite systems like CLM, Serapis, and GED.
• Data Integration: Identify data requirements and sources necessary for workflow automation. Analyze integration points and data transfers to and from back-office systems.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to assess and propose new functional enablers for the platform.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation and prepare regular status reports for senior management, outlining progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover: Organize presentations and demos to onboard stakeholders to the new functionalities. At the conclusion of the assignment, you will prepare user manuals and ensure a comprehensive handover of all project deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong, proven background in digitalization and process management.
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst with adequate project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of financial products and back-office activities, including Capital Markets and Lending Market.
• Proven background in investment banking and experience with portal projects. The project involves a front-office portal.
• Knowledge and experience using OpenText.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
