We are currently looking for a Head of Security Office to join our growing client in Luxembourg!

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the security strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulations ;
• Lead the Security Office and coordinate with technical teams to ensure compliance and effective delivery ;
• Design and maintain security architecture across systems, applications, and infrastructure with a "security by design" approach ;
• Oversee security awareness and training programs to foster a strong security culture ;
• Ensure compliance with frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, OWASP), working closely with audit, legal, and compliance teams ;
• Manage security operations and lead the Incident Response Team (SIRT), maintaining response plans and conducting simulations.

Profile & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field;
• Advanced degree/certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus ;
• 10+ years' experience in information security with focus on strategy, governance, operations, and compliance ;
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10) ;
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments ;
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional security teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment ;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
