About the Role
Our client, a leading organisation based in the heart of Luxembourg City, is looking for an experienced M365 Document Management Project Manager to join their team on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and deliver a critical project around Microsoft 365 document and content management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the M365 document management project.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective M365 document management solutions (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
- Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure smooth adoption and governance of M365 tools.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and security requirements related to document management in Luxembourg.
- Organise workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to support user adoption.
- Act as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.
Profile Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Microsoft 365 document/content management projects.
- Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) and document governance frameworks.
- Solid project management skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken.
- Available to start immediately and work onsite in Luxembourg City centre (3 days per week)
