We are currently looking for a Security & Network Engineer to join our growing client in Luxembourg!

Key responsibilities :

• High-level studies and analysis on new possible devices, software and solutions ;
• Continuous analysis of identified vulnerabilities and bugs for the systems under scope of network security ;
• Reports and best practices documents ;
• Technical analysis of new requests ;
• On-call services to ensure availability to perform emergency interventions in the domains outside of the working hours ;
• Support to the Operations Team including level 3 support if requested.

Objectives :

• Maintain and improve the architecture of the client's infrastructure ;
• Ensure the qualitative product delivery within the imposed constraints ;
• Provide Level 3 support to Operations team.

Profile & experience :

• Master Degree in Computer Science ;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network & security ;
• Ability to work on-call ;
• Knowledge of Firewalls and application layer gateways (Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5) ;
• Experience with VPN and remote access architectures (Cisco ISE and ASAv Servers) ;
• Experience with authentication systems and protocols (Radius Servers) ;
• Experience in security systems management and administration ;
• Knowledge of encryption techniques and protocols ;
• Experience in network traffic segregation (VLAN, VRF, MPLS, trunking, ...) ;
• Experience in defining security policies ;
• Experience in providing L3 support : port openings, firewall rules implementation and changes, activations/desactivations, OS/version upgrades etc.
