The role
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll tackle a wide variety of design challenges, from crafting seamless user journeys to developing visually stunning interfaces. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other designers to create experiences that users love.
In this role, you'll split your time between designing for our venture studio products and collaborating with clients on innovative agency projects. Whether its shaping a product from the ground up or refining an existing solution, your work will have a direct impact on users and businesses alike.

The role
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll tackle a wide variety of design challenges, from crafting seamless user journeys to developing visually stunning interfaces. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other designers to create experiences that users love.
In this role, you'll split your time between designing for our venture studio products and collaborating with clients on innovative agency projects. Whether its shaping a product from the ground up or refining an existing solution, your work will have a direct impact on users and businesses alike.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs to solve complex UX challenges.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback from fellow designers to elevate the quality of the work.
- Simplify large, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
- Focus on scalability, ensuring designs can grow and adapt as products evolve.
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong understanding of both UX and UI principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with collaborative design workflows.
- Experience collaborating in a tech-driven environment with engineers and product teams.
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high-quality UI and UX work.
- A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in designing for mobile apps and solving complex, ambiguous design problems.
- Experience building and implementing components in design systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present work across different fidelities and mediums throughout the design process.
