Our client is looking for a Senior individual to join the team and support them in process optimization and digital transformation, helping organizations streamline operations and embrace new technologies.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in backend systems.
- Proven experience with Spring Framework, Java 11, JPA, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in batch processing and queuing systems.
- Comfortable with agile methodologies, particularly pair programming and extreme programming (XP).
- Experience in developing mission-critical systems with a focus on error-free, high-performance code.
Role:
- Develop core systems, contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of the project, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the team using pair programming and continuous knowledge sharing to solve complex problems together.
- Take ownership of tasks, ensuring that solutions are delivered with no errors—critical for the transaction-heavy nature of the system.
- Help drive the technology direction, ensuring that the team is aligned and progressing efficiently towards project goals.
