You’ll be focused in

  • Conducting end-to-end design and user research across all stages of the product lifecycle – from early discovery for new MAN Engineering products to enhancements and new feature exploration for existing solutions.
  • Exploring and communicate design concepts through artefacts like sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes
  • Collaborating closely with other designers, frontend developers, and product owners — sharing accountability for outcomes and jointly validating and agreeing on final design decisions
  • Continuously refining and improve designs through feedback, user testing, and iteration
  • Engaging stakeholders and your team to ensure your design fits business goals, technical constraints, while meeting user needs
  • Innovating and iterate on lean and agile principles, designing software solutions that work

In order to succeed, you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable level in related field;
  • Proven experience working as digital Product Designer or related role on UI/UX;
  • Strong knowledge of usability research methods, with proven ability to design, conduct, and facilitate discovery sessions that uncover user needs and opportunities
  • Experience with Prototyping and mock-up tools such as Figma (previous experience valued)
  • Experience designing interactive web applications and crafting intuitive user flows that optimize usability and engagement;
  • Strong Communication, customer facing skills (internal departments) and analytical mindset;
  • Strong user empathy and user experience skills;
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken;
