We are looking for an Junior Product Specialist to join our product team and support the management and optimisation of our online casino platform. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, casino operations, game providers, and player engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the product team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online casino.

· Assist with updating the game portfolio and coordinating new content launches with providers.

· Monitor the performance of games and campaigns, preparing reports and insights for senior team members.

· Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams on promotions, bonuses, and player engagement initiatives.

· Contribute to tracking and reporting on key KPIs (retention, engagement, revenue, etc.).

· Support usability and UX/UI testing to help improve the player journey.

· Assist in ensuring compliance with market regulations, responsible gaming, and internal policies.

· Work closely with technical teams to report issues and follow up on resolutions.

· Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Management, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Game Management, or a related field.

· Strong interest in building a career in the iGaming sector.

· Basic knowledge of digital operations, product management, or marketing.

· Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn about performance metrics and player behaviour.

· Strong communication skills, team spirit, and proactivity.

· Good command of English (intermediate or advanced level preferred).
