Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build Azure infrastructure using ARM Templates (Bicep).
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code and create automated release pipelines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee software releases across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align release plans with business priorities.
  • Define release timelines and manage inter-team dependencies.
  • Review release documentation and ensure audit traceability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases.
  • Create contingency strategies for failed deployments or rollbacks.
  • Drive automation of release activities to increase speed and reliability.
  • Manage change requests for maintenance releases.
  • Act as the primary contact for release-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure release stability.
  • Gather feedback from users and teams to improve release processes.
  • Continuously enhance release management practices and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Release Manager and/or DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, particularly with ARM Templates (Bicep).
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and release pipeline development.
  • Solid track record in coordinating releases and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with flow efficiency, risk management, governance, and continuous delivery.
  • Business-level fluency in English (spoken and written).
