Join one of the leading banks in the European Union, a key international player, as we strengthen our teams in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and the fight against Digital Fraud.

As part of the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) Department within the Group IT function, you’ll contribute to a strategic mission: enhancing the Group’s cybersecurity maturity and operational resilience across 30+ entities.

This is a pivotal moment for the organisation, as evolving cyber threats demand robust, forward-thinking solutions. You’ll be at the heart of this transformation.

Your Role

You’ll join the Global Services team, working across Lisbon and Paris, with future expansion planned in Porto. Your mission will span two key areas:

  1. Deliver the IT Group CDF Xshore programme – helping build international setups to scale CDF capabilities across Portugal, India, and Poland.
  2. Deploy new cybersecurity services – or optimise existing ones – tailored to the Group’s entities.

As a Project Manager, you’ll ensure these initiatives are delivered in line with Group governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of centralised cybersecurity services from concept to go-live, aligned with Third-Party Risk Management processes.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and internal providers to define service scope, deliverables, and processes.
  • Engage with cross-functional SMEs (Legal, Compliance, Tax, Data, etc.) to assess and mitigate risks tied to service delivery across geographies.
  • Support the rollout of the Xshore programme in Portugal, India, and Poland.
  • Provide operational support and change management for extended teams.
  • Draft and manage service contracts (SLAs, billing processes) between CDF and local entities.
  • Report progress and risks to both CDF and Group IT governance bodies.

What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of IT risk, outsourcing governance, and data protection regulations.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks impacting cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
