In this Development Lead position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, fostering close collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving team performance. This role focuses on providing hands-on mentorship to the development team while working with modern technologies such as PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage team performance, conducting reviews and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a team lead
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and modern technologies (e.g., PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Vue)
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience with Linux will be considered a plus
• Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver successful projects

Salary / Remuneration: Up to €60.000 DOE
