✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Previous role as Technical Leader or Software Architect.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).

• Design and lead microservices-based architectures in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Drive strategic technical decisions and technology stack selection.
• Develop and maintain robust applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Define coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
