Senior Mobile Device Management (Mobileiron) Engineer

✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Support of smartphone, media tablet, iPhone/iPad hardware (testing, maintenance). Installation of managed configurations, certificates and applications.
• Deploy and configure Mobile Device Management solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices for end users and industrial environments.
• Apple DEP, VPP, and Certificates management.
• Mobile device management and mobile apps management through Ivanti EPMM, formerly known as Mobileiron.
• Customize MDM policies and settings based on organizational requirements.
• Facilitate the enrollment of mobile devices into the MDM system.
• Manage device provisioning, ensuring proper configurations and adherence to security protocols.
• Provide frontline support for MDM-related issues, including device connectivity, managed application installations, and configuration problems.
• Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device challenges.
• Implement and enforce security measures for mobile devices, including encryption, remote wipe, and password policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and industry regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee the deployment of software updates and patches to mobile devices.
• Monitor and assess the impact of updates on device performance.
• Maintain documentation related to MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Participation in technical support activities relating to the integration of hardware, operating system and application software for mobile devices under iOS and Android OS.
• Production of technical documentation (compilation of user guides, documentation of procedures, evaluation reports, etc).

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with leading MDM solution such as Ivanti EPMM, formerly known as Mobileiron.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and their ecosystems.
• Experience working with various mobile service providers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization.
