Job Role:
- We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, programming, and deep learning frameworks, along with experience in deploying AI models into production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Build and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions for real-world problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and business processes.
- Optimize model performance, ensure robustness, and manage model retraining pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, research papers, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, OpenCV (or similar libraries).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI models.
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for AI pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience in AI model optimization, pruning, and quantization.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or relevant research publications.
