📌 What you'll do

• Supporting the development, implementation, management and monitoring of global privacy and policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day support to business teams and perform privacy, AI and data protection law assessments in line with PagoNxt' s and Santander Group privacy, AI, and data protection policies and processes.
• Maintaining the ROPA for PagoNxt Group European entities and provide expert advice regarding Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other risks assessments.
• Monitoring and informing about the latest developments in privacy laws and regulations.
• Maintaining records and documentation related to data subject rights requests and other privacy-related activities.
• Provide advice to product and operational teams on how to incorporate privacy into the design of new products and services.
• Promote a culture of data protection and compliance throughout the organization.
• Participate in the provision of ad hoc training and updates about privacy, to the different teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  
  

✅ What we're looking for

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Data privacy
• Law degree preferred or equivalent experience with expert knowledge of data protection law and practices.
• Data protection certification such as the ones under the AEPD certification scheme, CIPP/E, etc., is preferred.
• Understanding of the acquiring and payments sector, information technologies and data security (preferred).
• Be able to work and communicate collaboratively/cross functionally with multiple teams located in different geographies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
