We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for HR Projects to join their team and assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within the organization while facilitating Agile practices as a Scrum Master. This role involves collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Also support project documentation and reporting processes.
What would your duties be?
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project teams to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Document project requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or a related area.
- Experience with Workday.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Understanding of risk management practices.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
- English fluent.
