- Lead and oversee the deployment of PeopleSoft Financials across the organization.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of PeopleSoft modules (AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC, CA).
- Manage testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production migration.
- Ensure compliance with local data security, privacy, and reporting regulations.
- Conduct change management activities, including communication, training, and user support.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials 9.1/9.2 or higher (AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC, CA).
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, landscape, and interfaces.
- Proven experience in PeopleSoft rollouts and ERP migrations.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Extensive experience in ERP projects from design to UAT and go-live.
- Strong IT Project Management skills (scope, budget, planning, security, data privacy).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in PeopleSoft IT departments, ideally in large and multicultural organizations.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Knowledge of PeopleCode, Process Scheduler, Application Designer.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business needs.
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
- Innovative and adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
