As a PHP/Laravel Developer, you will work under the direct supervision of the CTO and Director of Product, which gives you the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders and develop your technical and leadership skills. You will collaborate and work closely with our UX teams to transform concepts into platforms and applications that serve the greater good. Your role will involve the design, development and maintenance of Laravel components, utilizing clean code to ensure performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Over three years of experience working in Laravel.
- Experience with managing a Laravel application in production.
- Experience with component-based development.
- Good understanding of Git and Git workflows.
- Ability to write clear and well documented code.
- Knowledge of good development/testing practices for web platforms and applications.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage.
- Work permit for Romania/ the EU.
- Previous experience and open-source contributions.
- Previous experience working in Figma.
- Experience with Docker and running applications in containers.
- Previous experience in management and team management positions.
- Ability to work in an international context.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational skills, critical and analytical thinking.
- Proactive approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work to short and variable deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
