As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll help shape intuitive and engaging experiences from initial concept through to polished UI. You’ll be involved in every step of the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final execution. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-impact design solutions that real users interact with every day.

Who This Role Is For
As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll help shape intuitive and engaging experiences from initial concept through to polished UI. You’ll be involved in every step of the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final execution. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-impact design solutions that real users interact with every day.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of end-to-end design for both web, mobile, and possibly spatial / XR applications.
- Translate ideas and requirements into user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends and tools, continuously advocating for best practices and design excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity, learning, and collaboration.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product design.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-focused design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in Figma and similar tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Affinity.
- Demonstrate a sharp eye for visual detail, strong UX thinking, and a passion for crafting clean, effective interfaces.
- Communicate clearly in Romanian and English.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
