As an L1 Support Engineer, you’ll be at the frontline of customer success—solving real-world problems, learning from experienced teammates, and growing fast in a supportive and innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond directly to customers facing technical issues—troubleshoot, solve problems, bring relief, and make an immediate impact every day.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Teams of technical experts based in France (L2 Support, Consulting & Software Maintenance Teams)
- Improve customer documentation and take part in testing activities
- Bring Ideas: Help us improve—from refining our processes to updating knowledge bases
- Deliver exceptional customer service, with efficiency, commitment and high reliability
Your Profile
- First experience in customer support or other technical role around Network Computing technologies
- Strong communication skills in English (+other language is a plus)
- Curious, fast-learner, energetic, and ready to take initiative
- Enjoy fast-paced, customer-facing work—comfortable with working under pressure
- Willing to work 8-hour rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 schedule
