Your focus will span research, prototyping, and deployment—bringing intelligent automation to life across diverse industries. You’ll work closely with research and product teams to maintain a robust portfolio of Agentic AI Agents, develop showcase-worthy demos, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.
What You’ll Be Doing

As an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you'll play a central role in designing and scaling intelligent agents that empower enterprises and unlock measurable value. You’ll be part of a high-impact, R&D-driven team that turns advanced AI concepts into real-world innovations.
Your focus will span research, prototyping, and deployment—bringing intelligent automation to life across diverse industries. You’ll work closely with research and product teams to maintain a robust portfolio of Agentic AI Agents, develop showcase-worthy demos, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI-powered solutions tailored to client challenges
- Developing and fine-tuning AI models, including LLMs like GPT-4 and open-source alternatives
- Engineering optimized prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Prototyping advanced AI applications with Python and relevant frameworks
- Integrating AI tools securely with enterprise systems via API development
- Building and maintaining data pipelines for reliable model inputs
- Managing structured and unstructured data using vector databases and semantic search
- Scaling AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP for performance and cost-efficiency
- Implementing DevOps/MLOps practices for seamless deployment and model lifecycle management
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) and applying security best practices
- Mitigating ethical risks and addressing potential AI biases
- Collaborating across teams to drive intelligent automation and business impact
- Documenting architectures, procedures, and project plans for transparency
- Contributing to internal AI frameworks and sharing best practices
- Exploring emerging trends to keep our solutions on the forefront of innovation
- Leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel for agentic excellence
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications in AI Engineering, Data Science, Azure Architecture, Power Platform
- Relevant certifications or training in Machine Learning, AI development, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing (advantageous)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise contexts
- Hands-on expertise in Python, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Solid foundation in secure, scalable API and cloud integrations
- Success delivering high-impact AI pilots and production systems
- Familiarity with agile project delivery and client-facing engagements
- Deep expertise in AI, NLP, and machine learning
- Proven track record with LLMs/SLMs such as GPT series and open-source alternatives
- Strong background in prompt engineering and model optimization
- Advanced Python skills for prototyping and integration
- Bonus skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C# for broader development integration
- Experience building APIs and connecting with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Familiarity with full-stack development and UX considerations
- Solid understanding of data engineering, vector databases, and semantic search
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workload deployment
- Practical implementation of DevOps/MLOps methodologies
- Experience using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel (highly desirable)
- Awareness of AI security, ethics, and regulatory requirements
- Business acumen to translate strategy into technical innovation
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and project management chops
- Passion for learning and staying ahead in the ever-evolving AI landscape
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
