This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who thrives in building client-facing solutions, has strong technical fluency, and wants to help shape how organizations prepare for EU Pay Transparency and related compliance challenges.

• Lead the continued development and finalization of our compliance and advisory product platform.
• Collaborate with HR advisors and clients to translate compliance and pay transparency requirements into intuitive, scalable software features.
• Build and maintain integrations with common HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Personio).
• Apply modern development practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/Azure).
• Ensure best practices in security, data privacy, and scalability as we prepare for broader European rollouts.
• Work closely with leadership to define the technical roadmap and contribute to product strategy.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth — this role is designed with a pathway to senior leadership for the right candidate.

• Strong software development background with full-stack or back-end focus.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems (HRIS, payroll, compliance tools) is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory or compliance needs into clean, usable software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial drive, and comfort in a high-growth, client-facing environment.
• Track record of delivering production-ready applications with measurable impact.
