Project description:
- Minimum 7 years experience with ServiceNow-development in UX-design
- Earnings within the banks sector
- Kennis van ServiceNow-modules such as ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management en Knowledge Management
- Experimenting with Figma in working in Scrum-teams
- Experience with the giving of UI/UX-workshops and the options of User Personas
- Technical understanding and experience as Technical Lead is a priority
- HBO- of WO-training level
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
