Project description:

• Minimum 7 years experience with ServiceNow-development in UX-design
• Earnings within the banks sector
• Kennis van ServiceNow-modules such as ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Customer Service Management en Knowledge Management
• Experimenting with Figma in working in Scrum-teams
• Experience with the giving of UI/UX-workshops and the options of User Personas
• Technical understanding and experience as Technical Lead is a priority
• HBO- of WO-training level
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
