AI Engineer
We are looking for talented Data Scientists to join our team building AI-driven solutions for product development in the automotive industry. Our mission is to go beyond the capabilities of standard foundation models, designing specialized AI frameworks to meet complex, real-world engineering needs.
As part of the team, you will identify, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models, design implementation architectures for specific use cases, and deploy solutions either on the cloud or on-premises. You will also play a key role in shaping a new development organization with a strong engineering culture and innovative mindset.

We are looking for talented Data Scientists to join our team building AI-driven solutions for product development in the automotive industry. Our mission is to go beyond the capabilities of standard foundation models, designing specialized AI frameworks to meet complex, real-world engineering needs.
As part of the team, you will identify, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models, design implementation architectures for specific use cases, and deploy solutions either on the cloud or on-premises. You will also play a key role in shaping a new development organization with a strong engineering culture and innovative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data pipelines to ingest product-specific knowledge
- Build and deploy RAG models tailored to different product domains
- Implement use-case specific AI frameworks to handle engineering requests and provide actionable responses
- Develop robust AI Agent architectures aligned with industry standards
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML technologies and integrate them into product solutions
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- Proven experience in data engineering, machine learning, or related roles
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, Terraform
- Experience with AI coding tools and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernels, Copilot Studio)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with MCP, DSPy, and emerging trends in AI
- Fast learner with curiosity and a passion for AI/ML
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong scientific comprehension and analytical thinking
- Willingness to take calculated risks
- Supportive and positive attitude
