We are seeking talented and motivated Android Developers to join our team and work on innovative mobile applications that impact users globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing native Android applications.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.
- Experience with modern Android architectures and patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and network libraries like Retrofit.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQLite, Room, or Realm.
- Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
- Understanding of material design principles and good UI/UX practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient with version control tools, especially Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and Dependency Injection frameworks (Hilt, Koin).
- Apps published on Google Play Store or contributions to open-source Android projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable app components applying clean code principles and design patterns (MVVM, MVI).
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries effectively.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
- Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure app stability and quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards.
- Manage codebases using Git or other version control systems.
- Stay current with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure seamless user experience.
