Job Description:
- Taking part in HR functions: reporting, analysis, compensation & benefits, termination processes, employee relations management
- Supporting all activities in the HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding)
- Preparing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Organizing the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
- Contributing to internal communication activities and projects aimed at increasing employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Graduate of relevant university departments (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with payroll software
- Strong communication skills and presentable appearance
